Citrix Receiver Warning Message October 2, 2017 OS33 senior engineers are currently aware of a message that users may be receiving when launching hosted applications. The message states that The Citrix XenApp license is going to expire within 30 days. We are working to resolve this issue. This message can be safely ignored

U.S. Cloud Desktop: *CURRENTLY IN READ-ONLY MODE*

Due to slowness reported at the primary site which began at approx. 9:25 AM EDT, the Cloud Desktop has been switched to read-only mode. Our Developers are actively addressing the issue to resolve all issues as soon as possible.

What will not be affected?

  • users will be able to log-in, launch applications, and perform tasks as normal
  • all services and devices will function as normal

What will be affected?

  • users will be seamlessly redirected to the backup Cloud Desktop site and operate normally.
  • all Cloud Desktops will be in 'read-only' mode
  • the 'Company Management' and 'Cloud Control Panel' objects will be in 'read-only' mode
  • the 'Edit' button will disappear on all pages and various operations will be unavailable (i.e. add a user, company, or server)

Wed 9/9/2015 8:33 AM: OS33 is currently experiencing issues with our Single Sign On provider that has caused some users to receive an error: "This feature is not enabled". Senior engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In the mean time, please navigate to these sites and login with your credentials manually. As soon as more information is available, it will be posted to this announcement. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
