Microsoft is currently experiencing issues with Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA), Exchange Active Sync, and Exchange Web Services. Please see the alert below. We will keep you updated and let you know as soon as possible when this situation has been resolved by Microsoft.

Current Status: Engineers are performing a detailed analysis of the affected environment. At this time, the investigation is focused on determining what is causing the high resource load on the affected infrastructure.

User Experience: Affected users are intermittently unable to connect to the Exchange Online service when using multiple protocols including Outlook, Outlook Web App (OWA), Exchange ActiveSync (EAS), and Exchange Web Services (EWS). Affected users may also experience delays when sending or receiving email.
