“Great Work Ain’t Cheap, Cheap Work Ain’t Great” You know how you wait a month, sometimes two to get in to see a certain doctor, hair dresser, massage therapist and the list goes on? What is the reason for this? The simple answer is they are good at what they do and you feel confident that their service or services will satisfy your need. The two things in life we look to do is not waste money and time! We all work very hard to make the money we have and time is just too precious to lose. Everything we do in our day to day lives is used to learn ways we can work “smarter and not harder” to achieve our goals.

This same principle should apply when it comes to your business’s IT service. What is more frustrating than not be being able to access your files when you need them? Or having to reboot your computer for the 27th time because it froze on you AGAIN! I can probably name 100 complaints we have heard from our clients before they started using our services. Our clients have admitted shamefully they have used the cheaper IT service thinking they were saving tons of money, but as soon as we sat with them and added up all the down time, repairs, and frustration they lost money.

It’s the equivalent of going to the cheaper dentist and having a cavity filled and having to go back two or three times to have it done right. There is most likely a reason this dentist is charging a cheaper price. He may be using cheaper materials, or has less staff which causes him to take less time on your teeth to get to the next patient. This is just one example of time and money you will never get back! You will also find that the professionals who do not charge you the cheaper price just to get the sale, will give you the best service. The reason for this is because they are confident in their craft and know if you go to them it will get done the right way the first time!

The IT Service industry is no different than any other industry. If you want excellent and most importantly CONSISTENT EXCELLENT service you need to expect to pay for it. The outcome is far more beneficial and will ultimately save you more money and time in the long run!
