Our Process
Enhancing Your Productivity is Our Goal
Two River Technology Group, LLC specializes in designing, improving, maintaining and supporting technology infrastructures for small-to-medium sized businesses.
Through years of practical experience, we have crafted a business process model that incorporates our services into four fundamental phases.
While each phase can stand on its own, the most efficient technology lifecycle involves three revolving phases - Design, Improve, Support - wrapped around a perpetual phase - Maintain. Although we can engage a new client at any point in the process, we find that our most successful projects involve the calculated coordination of all four phases.
- Design: Without a clear objective, many organizations implement technology that is inappropriate or ineffective for meeting their true business goals.
- Improve: The majority of our services are concentrated in this phase as it is usually the most critical phase when enhancing a technology infrastructure.
- Maintain: Often regarded only as an expense, the perpetual maintenance phase is the most important factor in helping to lower the total cost of ownership of your technology investment.
- Support: When challenges arise, we are poised to quickly provide on-demand support at an affordable rate.
